Glendurgan Wren
£1,650.00
Sometimes the smallest voices carry the greatest presence. On a walk through Glendurgan Garden in Cornwall, the bright, insistent song of a wren cut through the air—bold, vivid, and impossible to ignore, even as the bird itself remained largely unseen. In this work, that fleeting encounter is translated into colour and movement, an attempt to render sound in visual form. Leaves and flowers evoke not only the garden setting but also the resonance and energy of the wren’s song, spreading across the canvas like an echo made visible.
