Plein air fine liner lines on watercolour paper prepared with gesso with watercolour and posca pen applied on my return to my studio.
This is the point where I turned around to head back down the hill, the moment where I started the journey back to the warmth of home.
When I moved to Cornwall, I felt like I had come home and in this small, simple piece, I tried to capture something of that feeling.
