IN THE LEAF LITTER (NUTHATCH)

IN THE LEAF LITTER – NUTHATCH

Here, a nuthatch forages among the leaf litter beneath a beech tree—an environment dense with biodiversity. Known for its habit of moving headfirst down trunks, the nuthatch
appears to live an upside-down life. Its precise, piping whistle is translated into rhythm and colour, echoing through the forest floor and the painting alike.
